Privacy policy

Last updated September 2026. This policy covers safewithsuramya.com and the sessions booked through it. The practice is run by Suramya Pandiya.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number, taken at the point of booking.
• The optional note you write when booking, if you choose to write one.
• Your booking history: dates, session lengths and amounts paid.
• Basic technical data your browser sends to our hosting provider, such as IP address and page requests.

What we do not collect

Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank details never reach this website. Payments are handled entirely inside Razorpay, and we only ever see a payment reference and whether it succeeded.

Session content

What you say in a session is confidential. Any notes Suramya Pandiyakeeps are private clinical notes, are not stored on this website, and are not shared with family, employers or anyone else. The one exception is the standard duty of care every therapist works under, where there is a serious and immediate risk to your life or to someone else's.

Who else sees your data

• Razorpay, to take the payment and handle refunds.
• Our database and hosting providers, who store the booking record.
• Our email provider, to send you the confirmation and meeting link.

Your information is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.

How long it is kept

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require. Everything else is deleted on request.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to psysuramya@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
